Return & Refund Policy
We strongly recommend that you carefully read the custom size instructions for curtains before placing your order. If you have any questions during the ordering process, please feel free to contact us at any time.
Since our curtains are custom-made and handcrafted to match the specific dimensions of each order, the production process involves cutting and sewing the fabric, which incurs material and labor costs. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom-made curtain products (including valances) under normal circumstances. We appreciate your understanding. However, we do accept returns for non-customized products, such as ties and accessories.
About Returns
We will reach out to you within 3 business days after receiving your return application email. If the product you received is eligible for return, we will need the shipping label from the package you received and a photo to prove the condition of the item. Upon confirmation, we will provide (at our discretion) a full refund, repair, or replacement of the product. You will be notified by email regarding the actions we will take. All returned items must be in new condition, unused, and include the original labels and packaging.
We accept returns under the following circumstances, and we will cover the shipping costs (please provide photos and contact us for confirmation as soon as possible):
• Received the wrong item
• The item is damaged
• Serious error in custom curtain size
The following circumstances are not eligible for return:
• Dislike the product
• Not the color you wanted
• Changed your mind/do not want it anymore
• Unsatisfactory quality
• Ordered the wrong item by mistake
• Wrong size (tolerance sizes within +/- 1% are acceptable in the industry)
• Orders arrived later than expected
Return Time
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving your package. If your order is eligible for return, we will contact you for confirmation within 3 business days of receiving your return application.
Order Cancellation
• Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders placed over 24 hours cannot be canceled.
• Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped.
• Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled.
