Return & Refund Policy

We strongly recommend that you read the custom size instructions for curtains carefully before ordering, and if you have any questions during the ordering process, you are welcome to contact us at any time.

We will make curtains according to the size required for the windows in each customer's home, so the curtain products you receive (including Valance) are all hand-made. Fabric cutting costs and labor costs will be incurred during production, thus, we do not accept returns or refunds for curtain products (including Valance) under normal circumstances. Please understand. However, we accept returns for non-customized products (Ties & Accessories).

About Returns
We will contact you within 3 business days after receiving your return application email. If the product you received is eligible for return, we need the shipping label of the package you received and a photo to prove the status of the package. Upon confirmation, we will provide (in our sole discretion) a full refund, repair, or replacement of the product at the price of the product. We will notify you by email of the actions we will take. All returned items must be in new condition, which are unused and with original labels and packaging.

Under the following circumstances, we accept the returns, and the freight will be borne by us (Please provide photos and contact us for confirmation as soon as possible)
• Received the wrong item
• The item is damaged
• Serious error in custom curtain size (the width and length of the curtain exceeds +/- 1%)

The following circumstances are not eligible for return
• Dislike the product
• Not the color you want
• Change your mind/do not want it anymore
• Not the quality you want
• Ordered the wrong item by mistake
• Wrong size (Tolerance sizes within +/- 1% are acceptable in industry)
• Orders arrived later than expected

Return Time
If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 business days after receiving the package. If your order is eligible for return, we will contact you for confirmation within 3 business days after receiving your return application.

Order Cancellation
• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund, and orders over 24 hours cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped.
• Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled.
